She completed college while working full-time at the YMCA, where she fell in love with Early Childhood Education. She graduated college with a Bachelors in Psychology. Soon after she started working with KinderCare as an assistant teacher and slowly made her way up to being Director of a building. She's been loving her job every since. </p>

Ms. Mame moved with her family to the United States in 2010 from Senegal. In Senegal, she was a 3rd grade teacher. She joined the KinderCare team in 2012 to be the Toddler classroom teacher. Ms. Mame's warm and welcoming personality is contagious. She cares for the children in her class as if they are her own. Her favorite part of the day is Circle Time when the children are most responsive to the songs, stories, and lessons she shares. Ms. Mame devotes her time outside of work to her family, friends and shopping!
Ms. Arshia loves coming to work in happy and friendly environment. She loves how each day is different and taking on new challenges. She enjoys helping children read and create fun art projects. Ms. Arshia's love for kids drives her love for her job!
